GOODS ON LOAN AGREEMENT FORM

Terms & Conditions of Loan

1. Availability of products for loan is case specific and subject to terms and conditions.
2. Minimum of two working days’ notice is required before goods are released; this can be atthe discretion of the manager on duty.
3. It is the hirer’s responsibility to make arrangements for collection and return of goods.
4. It is the hirer’s responsibility to ensure the carrier is equipped with protective wrapping material and goods are inspected (noting any issues to Space / Poliform) upon collection.
5. Products must be returned within 48 hours; no goods are to be out during weekends or during periods of sale or stock take.
6. If an item is returned damaged it is the hirer’s responsibility to inform Space /Poliform of the damage.
7. The hirer agrees to purchase the products if they are damaged in anyway upon return and agrees to purchase goods at full retail price.
8. Stylists who have not been directly commissioned by a media outlet agree to provide images featuring the loaned products to Space for use across digital networks.
9. The stylist and client agree to tag Space / Poliform in any digital posts featuring the loaned items.
10. It is the stylist and client’s responsibility to ensure the images include the photographer’s usage / permission for use on social / digital media by Space / Poliform.
11. It is the stylist’s responsibility to supply images a maximum of 4 weeks from the date of loan. If the images have been picked up by media or are due to be published by media, Space will embargo images until media print date.
12. Space / Poliform agrees that images will be used on digital only and will contact the photographer for any additional licenses required for print campaigns.
